Annual Report on Beijing International Cooperation for Science and Technology Cooperation Development 2025 is compiled under the careful guidance of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Zhongguancun Science Park Administrative Committee, through in-depth collaboration between the Center for International and Regional Cooperation of the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology and the Beijing International Cooperation Center of Science and Technology (Beijing and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Cooperation Center of Science and Technology), and jointly written by experts and scholars from renowned research institutions and research management organizations. Adopting a structure of "1 general report + 18 special reports", the report focuses on the remarkable achievements, practical challenges and future prospects of Beijing's international science and technology cooperation. It further explores new mechanisms, new paths and new models of cooperation from the perspectives of innovation ecosystem, science and technology think tanks, international practices and international experience, providing policy references for Beijing to integrate into the global innovation network and accelerate the construction of an international science and technology innovation center.
